We are looking for a personable and presentable Receptionist to join a high end office building in the Watford area. You will be welcoming and greeting visitors in addition to general admin tasks, including; distributing correspondence and redirecting phone calls. We are looking for someone with a pleasant personality, as this is also a customer service role.

Hours of work: Monday to Friday (8:30am - 5:30pm)

Salary: £28,000-£35,000 per annum DOE

About the role:

  • Greet and direct visitors on arrival.
  • Keep track of all visitors and maintain the appointment calender.
  • Sort and distribute mail.
  • Monitor building portal announcements to see if there is any interruption to the organisation.
  • Plan travel arrangements as and when required.
  • Answer phone calls and responding appropriately to the caller's needs (screening calls)
  • Arrange courier collections.
  • Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and materials.
  • Maintain security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk.
  • Update calendars and schedule meetings.
