Stockbrokers based close to Liverpool Street station have an exciting opportunity for a Corporate Receptionist.

Responsibilities:

  • Meet and greet all visitors in a warm and professional manner.
  • Manage incoming calls and efficiently transfer them to the appropriate department or individual.
  • Maintain a clean and organised reception area, ensuring it represents the organisation's professionalism.
  • Booking taxis and cars.
  • Meeting room maintenance, liaising with cleaners, and ordering supplies
  • Liaising with catering and hospitality

Requirements:

  • Experienced corporate receptionist
  • Well-presented, proactive and personable
  • A strong team player
  • Solid MS Office skills
  • Flexible with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work under pressure, with multiple priorities and ability to multitask
  • Top-notch communication skills.
