Corporate Receptionist - London

Serviced Office. Flexible Workspace. Coworking. Business Centre Coordinator. Community Associate. Receptionist. Customer Service. Front of House.

Permanent, Full-time

Salary: £28,000-£30,000 plus bonus

Location: Liverpool Street

Working Hours: Monday to Friday - 8am-4:30 OR 9am-5:30pm

Our client are a large and incredibly successful Commercial Real Estate business. They are one of the leading providers of flexible offices in the UK, known for their design-led modern facilities, friendly staff, personable customer service and opportunities to progress within the company.

This is an exciting and expanding sector that attracts staff from areas such as hotels, retail and hospitality due to it's friendly service style and Monday to Friday working hours.

We are seeking a Receptionist with lots of personality who can excel in being the friendly face of the business whilst running an efficient business centre.

Responsibilities and Candidate Experience Requirements:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to all customers and visitors of the centre
  • Be the first point of contact for all issues relating to the customer
  • Ensure all day to day needs and requests are handled efficiently and effectively
  • Encourage sales by conducting viewings
  • Assist in hosting networking events to encourage new relationships with customers and relevent stakeholders
  • Assist in finding enhancement opportunities that will increase the value of the centre
  • Be familiar with the operating budget and systems used
