CORPORATE PARTNER - 5 years + PQE We have been instructed on a high-level corporate position within a fantastic firm looking for high quality solicitor from a brilliant background. This is a rare opportunity to build and lead the corporate offering of the firm. Typical work that you would undertake at this firm include start-ups, joint ventures, M&A, private equity buyouts, capital markets work and general banking work. In addition to this, as the firm are looking for top-tier senior candidates, ideally, they would be looking for solicitors with a following or a passion for business development, so they can really get involved with all aspects of the firm. The firm are offering a new approach - no targets! In terms of post-qualification experience, this firm is looking for people with seniority. 5 years' plus, or a proven track record of producing high-quality work for HNW clients for a number of years.
