We are keen to speak with experienced Corporate Lawyers, looking to take the next step up in their career, or Legal Directors/ Partners, seeking a lateral move.

The Role

This leading Top 50 UK/ L500 Ranked Team are seeking an experienced Corporate Legal Director or Partner to join their Bristol Office.

Through further growth, this impressive outfit are looking at senior level expansion into prioritised teams – including Corporate.

They strive for excellence; working collaboratively with their competitively ranked L500 counterparts, you will access to a broad mix of matters for an interesting and high profile portfolio of UK & Global clients, across a range of sectors.

This is one of the most impressive Corporate Teams in the UK who provide a full service offering for Global Corporations and Start Ups through to HNWI/ Investors. The work the Corporate Group undertakes, includes:

• M&A (Private & Public)
• ECM
• Private Equity, VC, JVs
• General Corporate Law
• Business ReOrg

Due to the seniority of this role, you will be expected to be an experienced Lawyer confident leading a variety of high profile matters – whilst there is sufficient demand/ existing work to make this hire, this is aligned as part of an wider growth strategy so you will be expected to generate further business for the team.

You are not expected to have experience in all the above areas in the Group however, you have a certain focus/ bias, you will be provided with the resources and support to capitalise on this, should you wish.

You Will Be:

• A Corporate Senior Associate, Legal Director or Partner with 6 PQE +
• (We are keen to have conversations with individuals outside of this PQE scale also)
• Proven experience from a leading SW, National or London Practice
