•The appointed Solicitor will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of Corporate matters to include acquisitions and disposals, joint ventures, shareholders agreements and investments.

•This is a great opportunity for the successful candidate to work on an interesting and rewarding mix of varied, high quality commercial work and corporate transactions.

•You will be confident in handling a wide range of corporate and commercial transactions, with the ability to apply your existent skills and technical knowledge to this role.

•You will have strong communication skills with a keen focus on maintaining established client relationships.
