The successful candidate will be a primarily transactional private M&A lawyer, with the experience and gravitas to advise clients ranging from SMEs to listed companies. The firm's client list is broad and includes a national and international element. 

My client's full service offering enables the corporate team to access a full suite of complimentary services and the firm prides itself on its focus for collaborative working that leads to excellent levels of internal cross referred work.
