Job Description

Do you have great communication skills? Do you enjoy giving the best Client experience? Our Corporate Accounts Team is hiring a Corporate Investment Consultant to join them in their team on a 10 month FTC!

You will be working Monday- Friday with weekends off to relax and enjoy.

You will earn a base salary of £23,500.

You will deliver outstanding service for all Corporate, Charity and Nominee clients and intermediaries across a range of processes that covers the full end-to-end client journey. To administer all aspects of client dealing and settlement across all transaction types for clients invested in Unit Trust range.

What you'll be doing
  • Service provision: Providing an end-to-end service to Corporate, Nominee and Charity clients using professional communication style and content.
  • Providing a live dealing one-stop service to clients, ensuring that regulatory and customer outcomes are met.
  • Problem resolution: Identifying client issues that require escalation, recording client information as appropriate to maximise their experience.
  • Knowledge maintenance: Maintaining a comprehensive knowledge of all corporate processes and products, in order to be able to offer continuous improvement to our clients.
  • Ensuring compliance of Financial Crime protocols, and other regulatory requirements are met so that the client's experience is optimised whilst still providing the required levels of client and business protection
Qualifications
  • Understanding of Investment Management Strategy.
  • Communicating effectively with a wide range of clients with varying degrees of sophistication. To help clarify the client's needs and issues and to exceed their expectations.
  • Demonstrating actions that show an appropriate balance of customer and commercial needs.
  • Confidently making decisions based on evaluation of risks and using all available information
  • Building and maintaining relationships, including proven ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Working under pressure, whilst maintaining quality standards and regulatory compliance
  • Communicating to a high standard, both verbally and written.
