Job Title: Corporate Insurance Account Handler

Salary: Excellent, DOE

Location: Caterham, Surrey


Are you an enthusiastic and ambitious individual interested in joining a growing and successful insurance broking team as a Corporate Insurance Account Handler.

Day to day responsibilities
You will be involved in a broad range of activities including the following:

  • New business quotations, adjustments and renewals, learning about different insurance products
  • Input information onto our insurance broking system, Acturis
  • Manage telephone calls both inbound and outbound
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, insurers and suppliers


Person Specification

  • Good standard of general education and literacy
  • Willingness to be flexible, learn and progress
  • Confident Acturis user
  • Attention to detail with good self-management skills
  • Confident telephone manner
  • Reliable and supportive team player
