As a vital member of our organisation, you will be responsible for delivering a wide range of corporate finance services to clients across different industries, such as financial due diligence, purchase price allocation, and working capital analysis. Your new role

• Providing financial due diligence services to clients in support of M&A transactions
• Performing purchase price allocation and working capital analysis
• Identifying and evaluating potential transactions
• Building and maintaining relationships with clients and potential buyers
• Offering strategic advice to clients on TS related matters
• Continuously seeking to improve processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and quality

What you'll need to succeed

• Professional qualification in finance, accounting, or a related field (ACA, ACCA, CFA, MBA)
• 3+ years of experience in corporate finance, with a focus on TS
• Strong knowledge of financial analysis and due diligence techniques
• Experience with Excel, financial modeling, and other financial analysis software
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Experience in business development and new client acquisition
