Corporate Finance Executive - Transition From Accounts/Audit - £40,000, Norwich
Are you interested in migrating your skills and qualifications to a new team, developing your commercial business skills in the area of business to business sales/mergers?
This is a unique opportunity in Norwich where you can thrive as a consultant, advising business owners on their acquisition strategies and exit planning alike, being integral to the deal cycle.
You do not need previous experience within corporate finance to be considered for this role. If you have worked in practice and had significant client contact experience in an accounts or audit capacity, my client would be very interested in speaking with you.
Duties will involve report writing, financial due diligence, M&A, demergers, valuations & strategic planning.
