This role is for a committed Corporate Data Protection Solicitor looking to excel in a prestigious law firm. The successful candidate will be required to demonstrate legal expertise and a keen interest in data protection.

Description

  • Providing legal advice in relation to data protection and privacy matters.
  • Assisting in the drafting, review and negotiation of data protection agreements.
  • Creating and implementing data protection policies and procedures.
  • Maintaining knowledge of current data protection laws and regulations.
  • Conducting data protection audits and reporting on findings.
  • Working closely with other team members to ensure compliance with data protection laws.
  • Providing training to staff on data protection issues.

Profile

A successful Corporate Data Protection Solicitor should have:

  • A qualified lawyer.
  • An excellent knowledge of data protection laws and regulations.
  • A law degree from a recognised institution.
  • Experience in a similar role within the professional services industry.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
