Could you use your extensive corporate, community and events fundraising experience to build long term sustainable income for a much-loved, life-saving charity?

This exciting regional charity has been saving lives in the Cambridgeshire, Bedfordshire and the East of England area for 50 years. Working with a well established team of passionate fundraisers you’ll be joining at an exciting time with lots of opportunity to grow and develop these important income streams.

You will receive support from a friendly, ambitious and collaborative team whilst having the scope to really make an impact - so if you have the background we’re after, please get in touch.

Role summary:

  • Produce and implement a sustainable Corporate, Community & Events fundraising strategy,
  • Plan & budget which maximises income from existing supporters whilst increasing income through the acquisition of new support to meet annual targets.
  • Lead and develop the Corporate, Community and Events Fundraising team & volunteers
  • Oversee and develop the charities Community CPR programme
  • Oversee community engagement and events at Org's HQ

As the ideal canddiate, you will tick most of these boxes:

  • Strong background in fundraising with demonstrable success raising income through community, corporate and events activity
  • Previous experience of creating and delivering a CCE fundraising strategy and budget
  • Demonstrable success in the delivery of excellent supporter stewardship and the development of stewardship plans
  • Experience of working alongside communications and marketing teams to successfully promote and market events
  • Experience of managing, motivating and developing corporate, community and event fundraisers & volunteers
  • Experience of using data for fundraising purposes including data analysis and reporting

Salary: £38,028 - £44,187
Full time, permanent - some weekend and out of office working will be required with time off in lieu.
Location: Hybrid - A combination of working from home and based at HQ (outside of Huntingdon) with occassional travel across Cambridgeshire, Bedfordshire and surrounds
