A reputable law firm is seeking a skilled and experienced corporate/commercial solicitor to join their team in St Albans. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of advising clients on a range of corporate and commercial matters, including mergers and acquisitions, commercial contracts, and company restructuring.

The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience working as a corporate/commercial solicitor and will have strong technical expertise in this area. They will also be a proactive and confident individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as they will be expected to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

Key responsibilities of the role include:

- Advising clients on a range of corporate and commercial matters

- Drafting and negotiating commercial contracts

- Conducting legal due diligence on behalf of clients

- Providing strategic advice to clients on business structuring and transactions

- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients
