A highly regarded Legal 500 firm in Crawley is looking for an experienced Corporate Commercial Solicitor to join its successful and growing team.

You will be involved in a wide range of corporate commercial transactions including disposals and acquisitions, drafting shareholder agreements and partnership agreements/ contract terms, refinancing and advising on GDPR issues.
