Corporate Commercial Solicitor

A role has arisen at a strong corporate/commercial practice in Tamworth. It is now seeking a Solicitor around 1-4 years PQE who can assist its varied client base! The firm can offer hybrid working 2/3 days from home, on-site parking, quality work and real career progression prospects. 

Our client is looking for a solicitor who wants quality work, but outside of the city centre where work/life balance is genuine. It will consider anyone who has a range of experience in matters to include:

• Company formation
• Memorandum & articles of association
• Sale and purchase of companies and businesses
• Management buy-outs/buy-ins and venture capital investments along with corporate restructuring and reorganisation
• Shareholder and partnership agreements & dissolutions etc

You should have 1-4 years’ PQE, with broad corporate and commercial experience, strong commercial acumen, and proven ability to develop and maintain good client relationships
