The highly regarded Corporate Commercial Department is seeking a 2+ yearsx’ PQE Solicitor to join the team.

The department is mostly involved in mainstream Private Company M&A deal sizes £1m-£50m, acting for both buyers and sellers, MBOs and MBIs, Shareholders Agreements, Restructurings and Banking Work. This is within an array of sectors which include life sciences, technology, logistics, financial services, retail, drinks, hospitality and leisure.

The successful candidate would be involved in all aspects of the work together with supporting firm wide projects and gaining experience with other teams within the Corporate Group.

An interest in and experience of company restructurings, working with start-ups, and private equity would be advantageous.

The work will encompass:

  • Management buyouts/buy-ins (MBOs/MBIs)
  • Purchase and sale of assets Share acquisitions and sales
  • AIM
