• The appointed Corporate / Commercial Associate solicitor will work directly alongside the head of department and will be working on a caseload of complex corporate matters including mergers and acquisitions, investment agreements, due diligence and some complex commercial contracts work.
• You will be expected to support the more senior members of the team and provide supervision and support to the more junior members.
• You will be responsible for developing your own client list and will help in the growth and development of the department.
• You will be responsible for drafting, reviewing and negotiating on a broad range of transactional corporate deals.
• You will have a great client matter and will ensure client needs and commerciality are always put first.
• The firm are considering candidates at Solicitor, Associate and Senior Associate level.
• You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients and other stakeholders and offer exceptional levels of client care.
