Corporate Commercial Solicitor - Leading Law Firm - Kent About the Role: Join a leading law firm based in Kent as a Corporate Commercial Solicitor, contributing to the dynamic Corporate and Commercial team. This role offers the opportunity to work on a diverse range of corporate and commercial matters, providing invaluable experience and professional growth within a reputable firm. Responsibilities: * Advise clients on a wide range of corporate and commercial matters, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, contracts, and commercial agreements. * Draft and review legal documents and agreements with precision and attention to detail. * Conduct legal research and analysis to support client matters and provide strategic advice. * Collaborate with colleagues across various departments to ensure comprehensive client service and solutions. * Manage client relationships effectively, providing tailored legal solutions and maintaining client satisfaction. Criteria: * Qualified solicitor with 2 years+ PQE in corporate and commercial law. * Proven experience handling a variety of corporate and commercial matters. * Strong drafting and negotiation skills, with meticulous attention to detail. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues. * Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize workload effectively in a fast-paced environment. * A proactive and team-oriented approach, with a commitment to delivering high-quality legal services.
