Corporate Associate

Client

A leading national Legal 500 firm are seeking a Corporate Solicitor to join their highly successful team based in Reading.

Role

You will undertake a broad mix of corporate work advising start-up clients as well as multi-national businesses. The team have an established M&A practice but also advise on private equity, venture capital and capital markets.

While their typical deal value ranges from £5m to £25m you will also assist with smaller and larger deals.

You

You should have experience in corporate law from a well regarded firm with strong technical experience and good drafting skills. You will have at least 2 years experience in corporate law and should be local to Reading.
