Corporate Associate
This highly regarded law firm are currently seeking a UK-qualified Corporate Lawyer with a minimum of 3 years' post qualification experience (PQE) to join their corporate team in London.
The successful candidate should possess a strong desire to contribute collaboratively within a dynamic and fast-paced environment, actively participating in the development of a thriving corporate practice, including mentoring and guiding junior associates.

- Ideal candidates will have a proven track record in M&A transactions, including drafting definitive agreements and managing all facets of strategic transactions.
- Exceptional academic credentials, along with excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, are essential.
- They are seeking an energetic and innovative problem-solver with robust client management abilities.

- The clientele ranges from pioneering startups to multinational corporations, as well as the investment firms that support them.
- The team offers extensive international expertise to aid in the growth of companies, from inception and expansion to capital raising and strategic exits, with a specific focus on UK and European tech companies seeking to enter the US market, raise funds, or navigate exits through M&A or IPOs.
Requirements:
- UK qualified, possessing or eligible for a valid Solicitors' Practicing Certificate.
- 3-5 years' PQE, with a primary focus on M&A or other strategic transactions.
- Proficiency in technical and interpersonal skills.
- Commercially oriented and solution-focused, with knowledge of market practices in the tech and venture capital sectors being advantageous but not mandatory.
- Understanding of cross-border M&A (and related issues) is a bonus, though not mandatory.
