Interaction Recruitment are looking for experienced Brazers or Plumbers Mates with Brazing or Pipe Fitting experience, to work for a busy Engineering and Manufacturing company, based near to Yeadon, Leeds on a Permanent basis.

The successful candidate will ideally have Previous experience either brazing, pipe fitting, soldering, or welding and must come from a Manufacturing/Engineering background. You must be able to follow engineering/technical drawings and have experience using hand tools. Knowledge of Manual Handling Techniques will be vital as the role will include some heavy lifting, have good attention to detail and have a steady hand.

Day to day duties for the role will include:

-General brazing on copper tubes and pipes

-Reading and working form engineering drawings

-Some lifting of heavy coil products

-Cleaning workstation after you have completed the build

-Any other ad hoc tasks required

Afters shifts are 2.15pm to 10pm from Mon to Thurs and 11.30am to 7pm on a Fri. The role is advertised as Permanent and with a starting salary of £29,979 pa (£15.24p/hr). Overtime is paid at time + ½ during busy periods.
