Job Description

We are looking to recruit a passionate and professional Cook to join our team Chorley Facility. We are busier than ever, delivering High-Quality Outdoor Education Experiences to a wide variety of guests. Ensuring the quality of our catering provision is critical to our success.

Key Role Requirements

  • Ensuring that you adhere to quality, hygiene and cleanliness standards
  • Preparing ingredients.
  • Cleaning up the kitchen space after cooking each meal and shift, ensuring levels of hygiene and cleanliness standards are kept.
  • Maintaining records of stock.
  • Storing food at the appropriate temperatures.
  • Serving food to customers.
  • Creating, testing and refining dishes that you plan to serve.
  • Rotating stock as per the procedures.

Please note due to the nature of the role, you will need to complete an enhanced DBS check (provided by the facility) This role also requires someone with their own transport due to the location of the facility.
