Legal Secretary - Residential Property/Conveyancing,Tonbridge

£25,000 - £28,000pa (DOE) + Benefits

An exciting opportunity awaits an experienced and efficient Legal Secretary to join a highly regarded and successful law firm in Sidcup This role is integral to the Residential Property/Conveyancing team, and we're in search of a friendly and proactive individual with a strong background in Conveyancing Legal Secretarial work. The ideal candidate will be ready to hit the ground running and provide vital support to a busy team of Fee Earners, offering top-notch secretarial and administrative services.

Key Responsibilities

· Document and Correspondence Preparation

· Audio Dictation and Typing

· File Administration.

· Arranging Appointments

· Handling a variety of property-related tasks, such as submitting search requests, ordering documents, and processing applications for transfers and mortgages through the Land Registry.

· Sales Contract Drafting

· Post Exchange Formalities

· Day of Completion and Post-Completion Matters

Qualifications and Experience

· Previous experience as a Legal Secretary in Conveyancing

· Exceptional attention to detail

· Strong organisational and time management skills

· Proficiency in audio dictation and typing

· Knowledge of Land Registry procedures

· Excellent communication skills

· Proactive and friendly demeanour

Mon - Fri (35 hour week)

25 days holiday + Bank Holidays + Christmas week off
