Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting solicitors with the conveyancing process from start to finish.
• Preparing legal documents related to property transactions.
• Conducting property searches and liaising with clients, solicitors, and mortgage lenders.
• Managing case files diligently and ensuring all deadlines are met.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a conveyancing paralegal or relevant role essential.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
