Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 (dependent on experience)

We are a reputable law firm based in St Albans seeking a skilled Conveyancing Paralegal to join our team. This role is integral to our conveyancing department, and we are looking for someone with a keen eye for detail and a passion for property law.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting solicitors with the conveyancing process from start to finish.
- Preparing legal documents related to property transactions.
- Conducting property searches and liaising with clients, solicitors, and mortgage lenders.
- Managing case files diligently and ensuring all deadlines are met.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a conveyancing paralegal or relevant role essential.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving.
