Conveyancing Paralegal
This Edinburgh-based firm is seeking to hire an experience conveyancing Paralegal to support its recent expansion and influx of new business. This is a genuine opportunity to work with a firm that puts its staff and clients first.

The day to day:
While working in a team you’ll be expected to take on your own quality caseload from inception to completion in correlation with the firm’s philosophy. The firm wants clients to feel welcomed, on a friendly first name basis and deliver quality legal advice in a way clients can understand.
- Providing timely and sound legal support on a range of conveyancing matters
- Manage a varied caseload effectively and independently
- Manage client expectations by adopting a proactive approach
- Client first service
- Typically managing a caseload of 5 settlements a week
- Completing transactions efficiently and swiftly
Are you the right Candidate?
My client is determined to find somebody with around 3+ years’ existing conveyancing experience.
- Law Society of Scotland Accredited paralegal
- Extensive conveyancing experience
- Highly organised, process driven and a keen eye for detail
- Excellent people skills – confidence and capable of working as part of a bigger team across multiple locations
- Calm under pressure, good organisational skills and excellent time management, with the ability to prioritise and deliver to deadlines
