Role: Conveyancing Paralegal
Location: Edinburgh
Salary: £25,000-£40,000 DOE

Pertemps are recruiting a Conveyancing Paralegal to work with our Edinburgh based client.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist in managing a caseload of residential and commercial property transactions
  • Conduct legal research and due diligence for property transactions
  • Draft legal documents, contracts, and agreements
  • Liaise with clients, solicitors, and other parties involved in transactions
  • Provide administrative support to the conveyancing team

About You:
  • 1+ years experience in a Conveyancing role
  • In-depth knowledge of conveyancing procedures in the Scottish legal system
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficient in legal research and document drafting
