Conveyancing Paralegal

A Conveyancing Paralegal is required by an established Law Firm based in the heart of London; to assist two Fee earners with their case load.

This is an exciting opportunity for a Residential Conveyancer looking for personal and career growth opportunities, allowing you to build upon your experience within a dynamic and forward-thinking practice.

The Role & Responsibilities:

The successful applicant will assist with a broad range of Residential and Commercial conveyancing matters including:
  • Sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold property
  • Grants of commercial leases
  • Re-mortgages and bridging finance
  • Transfer of Equity

In this role you will be required to assist with a broad range of conveyancing files and will gain experience working with all parts of the conveyancing process. Through this work you will have the opportunity to gain and develop a thorough understanding of the conveyancing process and its many nuances.

Candidate Specification:
  • At minimum a 2:1 Law Degree,
  • The LPC qualification,
  • Excellent writing skills,
  • Strong research skills,
  • Excellent organisational skills,
  • Possess high levels of attention to detail,
  • Strong communication, professionalism and interpersonal skills,
  • A willingness to learn new skills,
  • The ability to use their own initiative to solve problems,
  • Prior experience of working as a paralegal is desirable but not essential.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Conveyancing Paralegal to join a growing, bespoke London law firm based in their London Bridge office. They are looking for a driven and enthusiastic paralegal to join them as the firm continues to expand.
