Salary: £40,000 - £50,000

Position Overview:
Seeking a skilled Conveyancing Manager to join our team. The Conveyancing Manager will oversee operations, ensuring efficient delivery of conveyancing services as well as having a reduced caseload.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage conveyancing professionals, providing guidance and support.
  • Workflow Management: Oversee workflow, ensuring timely completion of conveyancing transactions.
  • Client Service: Maintain high standards of client service, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and firm procedures.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and development opportunities for team members.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor team performance, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Relationship Building: Cultivate relationships with clients, stakeholders, and external parties.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Qualified (Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer)
  • Minimum of 5 years of conveyancing experience.

  • Strong leadership and communication skills.

  • Thorough understanding of conveyancing processes and regulations.

  • Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.

  • Proficiency in relevant software and technology.
