Legal Secretary – Conveyancing
Nottingham - Office Based 
£20,000 - £24,000

The Firm
Delighted to be working with one of Nottingham's leading Legal Firms to find a Legal Secretary to join their Conveyancing Team in an exciting position based in Nottingham. With modern offices close by to commuter links, and an extremely competitive salary (up to £25,000 DOE starting salary), this is an exciting opportunity for a Conveyancing Legal Secretary looking for a new opportunity in Nottingham.

The Role of a Conveyancing Legal Secretary:
- Providing full support in Conveyancing department to Partners / Legal Advisors in a Secretarial capacity with some of the main duties including –
- Diary management
- Email management
- Draft email / correspondence
- Audio Typing
- Opening / Closing of files
- Preparation of expense claims
- Liaising with clients in person and over the phone
- Travel booking
- Preparing bundles
- Answering the telephone and dealing with queries

Skills and Qualifications of a Conveyancing Legal Secretary:
- Previous Legal secretarial experience 
- Excellent document production skills
- Self motivated
- Minimum 60wpm typing speed
- Methodical and organised approach
- Ability to cope under pressure
- Ability to prioritise
- Be pro-active and deliver quality service to clients
