What will you do? 

  • Work within the busy residential conveyancing team 
  • Assist a conveyancer with day-to-day transactions   
  • Conduct property/land searches 
  • Liaise with clients, lenders and agents via phone & email 
  • Draft letters 
  • Progress cases in a timely manner 
  • Work electronically, without a paper-based system 
  • As the team builds you may also become involved in private client, wills & probate law 

What do you need? 

  • At least 6 months’ experience working within a law firm 
  • Experience as a Paralegal or Legal Assistant  
  • Residential conveyancing experience preferred, but not essential
