Conveyancing Fee earner
Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner, Cardiff City Central, £35-£40k DOE
Well established high street law practice who are currently experiencing exponential growth are looking for another Conveyancing fee earner to join their successful property team. The firm have been in operation for over 35 years and employ 400 staff across their many offices in the UK.
The role:
- Managing a caseload of residential property matters from taking instruction to completion including:
- Sales & purchase.
- Re-mortgage
- Transfers of equity
- Right to buy
- Shared ownership schemes
- Lease extensions.
- Liaising directly with clients, estate agents and lenders.
- Developing professional relationships with clients and other potential sources of work.
- Generating a fee income in line with agreed targets
- To manage own work allocation, productivity, and quality of work with minimum supervision.
Who they are looking for:
The successful candidate would have the following:
- Solicitor, CILEx, CLC, experience of managing your own caseload as a fee earner.
- Recent experience gained in the legal profession.
- Proven track record in Conveyancing client case management and fee earning.
- Organised and process driven.
- Commercially astute, understanding the importance of business targets and their impact to the practice.
- Committed to providing an excellent standard of client care.
- IT literate with experience using a web-based case management system.
- Experience of handling client enquiries both face to face and by telephone.
