As a Conveyancing Coordinator, you'll play a crucial role in the mission to support individuals and families in securing their ideal properties. Here's what you'll be doing:

  • Managing a high volume of cases
  • Collaborating with various parties
  • Collating legal packs:
  • Attending site visits:
  • Maintaining accurate case management files

To thrive in this role, you'll need:

Previous experience in property law and conveyancing: A solid foundation in property law and conveyancing environments is essential to hit the ground running.

Comprehensive understanding of the conveyancing process: You'll need to be well-versed in all aspects of the conveyancing process, from initial inquiries to completion.

Excellent communication skills: Clear and effective communication is paramount in this role, as you'll be liaising with a diverse range of stakeholders on a daily basis.

Ability to multitask: With a high volume of cases on your plate, the ability to juggle multiple tasks and priorities is essential to succeed in this role.

Driving license: You must hold a valid driving license, as site visits and travel will be required as part of the role.
