Salary: up to £28,000 p.a.

Hours: full time, 1 day a week working from home

A fantastic opportunity for a Conveyancing Assistant to build upon previous experience and work for this friendly, long established law firm in their Bradford city centre office. You will be working one-to-one with the head of department, supporting them with all aspects of the Conveyancing process from outset to completion. Duties will include:

  • Opening and closing files
  • Preparation of emails and documents
  • Dealing with telephone enquiries, liaising with estate agents and solicitors
  • Issuing sales contracts and requesting searches

Previous experience in Conveyancing is required for this role. Excellent communication, organisational, IT and team working skills are essential to succeed in this role.
