Salary: up to £25,000p.a. depending on experience

Hours: full time, 35 hours (9am-5pm), hybrid offered

A fantastic opportunity for a Conveyancing Assistant to join a Conveyancers’ due to expansion in North Leeds. You will provide support to a Conveyancer on a one-to-one basis within Residential Property. Duties will include:

  • Assisting with Sales and Purchase files
  • Liaising with clients and third parties
  • Drafting legal documents
  • File and database management
  • Coordinating property searches and submitting applications via the Land Registry portal
  • Managing diaries and workflow, appointments and meetings.

Ideally, you will have some Conveyancing experience and an interest in developing a career in Conveyancing. This role is based in a supportive work environment with free parking and easy access to bus and train links.
