Job Summary:
Job title: Conveyancing Assistant
Salary: £21-£25,000
Location: Blackburn
Reports to: Fee Earners
Previous experience: 1+ year experience

Our client is now looking for an experienced Conveyancing Assistant to join their team in the Blackburn area.

Some of your day-to-day duties will include:
- Dealing with clients and third parties
- Carrying out searches
- Drafting documents
- Set up completions for Fee Earner
- Deal with exchange of contract's
- Dealing with post completion matters.

Ideal candidate
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 years' experience working within a Residential Conveyancing role and have previous experience of assisting Fee Earner's.
