Conveyancing Assistant - Pontypridd

Are you an experienced Conveyancing Assistant looking for a new challenge?  I am delighted to partner with a well regarded, friendly law firm, renowned for their exceptional services to local clients and businesses.  Due to a steady period of growth our client seeks an experienced Legal Assistant to add support to the existing conveyancing team, based from their Pontypridd office.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct support to conveyancing fee earners.
  • Manage file operations, including opening and closing.
  • Draft legal documents and correspondence.
  • Coordinate search orders and raise enquiries.
  • Perform typing and general administrative tasks.
What We're Looking For:
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in conveyancing.
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional organisational and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with the entire conveyancing process from instruction through to completion.
