Salary: £23,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience

Hours: full time, 1 day a week WFH

A career Conveyancing Assistant role within a forward thinking, highly regarded full-service law firm in Leeds centre. Working within the Residential Property team, as a Conveyancing Assistant/ Paralegal you will support a Conveyancer with their caseload. Duties include:

  • Liaising with clients and third parties via email and telephone
  • Preparation of relevant documents and correspondence
  • Land Registry and local authority searches.
  • Providing legal support on all aspects of a transaction

Previous experience in Residential Conveyancing is essential. This firm have a low staff turnover and encourage internal progression.
