TN Recruits are working with an esteemed, specialist legal firm, who are seeking an experienced Legal Assistant to support their active Conveyancing team. This is a team that focus on providing a bespoke, quality legal service and pride themselves on maintaining a close-knit, personable environment.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Conveyancing Legal Assistant, your day-to-day duties will include:
- Answering incoming calls and addressing client inquiries
- Engaging with clients to provide updates and gather necessary information
- Handling new enquiries and initiating matter openings
- Audio dictation and document preparation
- Supporting the conveyancing team with various administrative tasks
Requirements:
The ideal candidate should possess:
- Minimum of 2 years' experience within Conveyancing
- Proficiency in handling phone communications and client interactions
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Salary: £27,000 to £32,000 per annum
Hours: 8:30am – 5pm (1 hour lunch)
Other benefits: 22 days annual leave plus bank holidays, increasing with service up to 25 days. Christmas office closure, Free parking, auto-enrolment pension scheme and regular team social events.
