What will you do?
Advise on a full residential conveyancing caseload relating to:
- Sales & purchases (of leasehold & freehold properties)
- Remortgaging
- Lease matters
- Shared & joint ownership
- (Basically, everything except new build transactions)
What will you need?
- To a qualified solicitor or legal executive with at least 1 year’s residential conveyancing experience
- Or be an unqualified fee earner with at least 3 or 4 years’ experience handling your own caseload
- This is a junior level fee earning role
