Salary: up to £45,000 (pro rata)

A super opportunity for an experienced Conveyancer / Legal Executive / Conveyancing Solicitor to join this thriving Residential Conveyancing department within a well-regarded law firm based in a lively North Yorkshire market town. Client care is central to the role as you will be working for local, repeat business clients. Duties include:

  • Handling a full, mixed caseload of Residential Conveyancing transactions from initial instruction through to completion (Freehold and Leasehold for sales and purchase transactions as well as remortgage and ToE)
  • Liaising with clients regarding enquiries and updates

Experience within Residential Conveyancing and ability to handle a caseload without supervision is essential. This position is suitable for newly qualified solicitors. This is a role within a really friendly and supportive team.
