Are you a skilled Conveyancer looking for a rewarding opportunity with a reputable law firm in Kent? We are currently seeking a dedicated individual to join our dynamic team at a well-established law firm specializing in property and conveyancing services.

About Us: We are a respected law firm known for providing high-quality legal services to individuals and businesses across Kent. Our firm is committed to delivering excellent client care and expertise in property law.

The Role: We are looking for a Conveyancer to join our team in Kent. As part of our Conveyancing department, you will manage a caseload of residential conveyancing matters, including sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity. You will work closely with clients, estate agents, and other parties to ensure smooth transactions and exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing a caseload of residential conveyancing files from start to completion
  • Conducting property searches and reviewing legal documents
  • Liaising with clients, estate agents, and solicitors involved in transactions
  • Providing clear and timely advice to clients on property matters
  • Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and procedural requirements

Requirements:

  • Experienced Conveyancer or Licensed Conveyancer (Solicitor or Lawyer) with a strong background in residential conveyancing
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling legal documents
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Commitment to delivering outstanding client service
