Conveyancer

An exciting opportunity has come up with our top legal client for an experienced conveyancer to join their Grantham team. Our client is a well established firm, dating back to the late 90's, offering multi-service.

This position will ideally be based full time in the office, Monday to Friday, but hybrid working can be considered for the right candidate.

The ideal candidate:

• Ideally qualified to CLC, CILEX or Solicitor level in conveyancing.
• Experience dealing with sale, purchase and transfer transactions.
• Experience dealing with freehold, leasehold and new build transactions.
• Able to manage a conveyancing caseload independently from pre to post-completion.
• Confident working between estate workers, clients and lenders.
• Commercial property experience is preferable but not essential.
