Job Title: Residential Conveyancing Case Handler/Property Lawyer

Location: Cardiff - Hybrid

Salary: £25,000 - £35,000

A reputable national law firm is looking for a talented Case Handler to join their busy and growing Residential Property team. This is your opportunity to join a firm that prides itself on delivering excellent service to clients at every stage of the transaction.

You will have:

  • Recent experience of handling a residential conveyancing caseload from start to finish to include freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
  • Self-motivation with the ability to work well as part of a team and independently.
  • Excellent communication skills with a helpful and positive attitude.
  • Strong organisation, planning, problem-solving and multi-tasking skills
