Conveyancer

Are you a Residential Conveyancer looking to join one of the East Midlands' leading and award-winning law firms? This role is working within a small knit team where you will be exposed to high quality work and be able to establish long standing relationships in the Burton-upon-Trent legal market.

The Role

You will have full autonomy over your own caseload of residential conveyancing matters, which will include:

• Sales and purchases
• Leasehold and freehold
• Shared ownership
• Remortgages

About You

My client is looking for someone with at least 5 years of residential conveyancing fee earning experience. You must be able to handle a caseload independently and continue to develop new and existing client relationships.
