Achieve Professionals is now working with a reputable law firm based in Bishop Auckland who are now seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join their team.

Position: Conveyancer

Location: Bishop Auckland, County Durham

Salary: dependent on experience

Experience & Responsibilities:

  • Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or experienced Conveyancer with at least 2 years of experience in residential conveyancing.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a caseload of residential property transactions from inception to completion, providing expert legal advice and guidance to clients throughout the process.

  • Manage a caseload of residential property transactions, including sales, purchases, and re-mortgages, from start to finish.

  • Conduct thorough due diligence on properties, including title checks, searches and enquiries.

  • Draft and review legal documents.

  • Liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other parties involved in the transaction to ensure timely progression and resolution of issues.

  • Provide expert legal advice and guidance to clients on all aspects of property law and conveyancing matters.

  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and professional standards.

  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to each transaction.

  • Keep clients informed of progress and updates throughout the conveyancing process.
