Salary: 28k to 30k (with bonus)

Newcastle area, NE125UJ

(Moving to North Shields, April 24)

40 hours per week

8.30 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday

Working for our Fire and Security client in Newcastle.

Contracts Supervisor

  • Highly Experienced in Excel data management.
  • Client facing, fast paced, used to a challenge.
  • Can create work instructions, communicate will with field operatives and clients.
  • Resilient, can-do attitude and can work in a busy, sometime pressurized environment.
  • Any relevant industry qualifications - building / fire safety.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • To be able to build good rapports and maintain good client relationships.
  • Excellent organisation and administration skills.

Duties and responsibilities

You will assist the contracts manager to ensure contracts are running as they should by carrying out a various duties including:

  • Being the main point of contact for any client queries in relation to your designated contracts.
  • Upload FRA actions into company CRM.
  • Update the client’s portal.
  • Ensure we comply with all KPIs.
  • To attend client meetings over teams and take internal meeting notes.
  • Deal with all client queries & install queries on your contract.
  • To handle all administration for your designated contracts.
  • To provide assistance to the Contracts Manager where applicable and carry out other ad hoc duties.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Good understanding of CRM systems, CASH would be advantageous.
  • Previous experience dealing with contracts/project management.
  • Good understanding of office packages i.e. Excel and Word.
