Contracts Manager

Do you have a background working within a Building Services, M&E or FM environment? If so, I have a fantastic opportunity for you to join my clients service department as a Contracts Manager, based in Stratford, London.

The successful Contracts Manager will be the first point of contact for clients, ensuring that excellent customer service is always provided, clients are fully satisfied, and all expectations are met. Your duties will include a mixture of answering clients queries, overseeing profitability, quality, and managing timescales of all contracts.

Contracts Manager Requirements:

  • Have a proven background in a similar role, ideally within Building Services, M&E or FM environment.
  • Ability to work closely with your clients, ensuring all responsibilities are completed accurately and delivered to a high standard.
  • Ensure all clients queries are resolved, manage contract renewals, amendments, look for opportunities to gain new business with existing clients and attend regular meetings to develop and maintain relationship.
  • Occasionally attend customer sites.
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, helpful approach.
  • Strong communicator and ability to build and develop strong relationships.
  • Experience with report writing.
  • IT Literate.

Contracts Manager Benefits:

  • Salary up to £42,000 depending on experience.
  • 22 days holiday plus bank holidays (Rises with length of service).
  • Monday to Friday - 8am - 4.30pm.
