Contracts Manager - Renewals - SaaS

Eximius Group are working with a UK SaaS (CCaaS) provider that are hiring for a contracts renewals manager to work with their account management team as part of the finance department. This is a permanent role which can be largely remote but the company has several offices around the country that you can visit if you want/need to.

Our client is an established contact centre solutions provider working with mid-market to enterprise businesses in the UK. The offer subscription based services, professional services and managed service agreements with a range of products including their own and third party vendors. They are looking for a contracts or renewals manager with extensive commercial contract review experience that can work with the account management team to ensure that both the company and the customers are getting the best from the services and agreements.

You will also be responsible for providing reporting on the continued condition of renewals using SAPbyDesign and AutoTask. This role will be part of a large finance team and report to the head of finance. You'll also work closely with the head of account management, their team and the new business team at times.
