Contracts Manager - Bristol & South-West

£50,000-£55,000 + Car Allowance or vehicle + Benefits

Award winning Facility Management Consultancy are actively looking for a new Contracts Manager to assist in leading projects or behalf of commercial clients in the South-West.

The Contracts Manager will need to have proven experience working for a facility management or building services company within the commercial sector, demonstrate an eye for detail, excellent man management skills and with any previous 'On the Tools' experience being highly beneficial.

Skill summary:

  • 5+ years' experience working as a Contracts Manager for a FM or Building Services company
  • Confident meeting clients face to face on commercial sites across the South-West
  • Experience managing SLA for projects ensuring standards are maintained and issues are communicated effectively within the business for smooth resolution for the customer.
  • Full Driving license

The Contracts Manager will be given the autonomy to manage their workload, spending time on site, in the office and remote as they see fit. Work will only be Monday-Friday but a flexible approach to the day-to-day duties will be required to assist in the management of client expectations.
